A dress or skirt/top combination is the classic go-to for a wedding, and a beach wedding is no exception! You’ll want to opt for something light in a comfortable fabric to keep yourself cool, layered with a shawl to keep the breeze at bay. Patterned dresses are favoured for these occasions, with bold florals or subtle pastel tones. Our kurta dresses and luxury silk kaftans are simply perfect for a beach wedding, offering a sense of sheer luxury and comfort. The 100% habotai silk will also help you to stay cool all-day long. Take your pick from the wide range of styles we have available to find one that most suits your personality.

Although heels were once a wedding outfit staple, it is best to leave them in your suitcase for this occasion, as walking on sand in heels can be very difficult! We would recommend a pair of barefoot chic sandals in a colour that complements your dress, you can then match your bag to the shoes to tie your outfit together. Opt for a pair with embroidered or beaded details for  some added glamour, as it is a special occasion. A beach wedding is usually quite relaxed in terms of dress sense, so be sure to find something that offers comfort and style, helping you to fit in to the setting.

A sun hat is recommended for sunny destinations; this can add elegance to your overall look, and will stop you from squinting, keeping your eyes in shade so that your view of the ceremony is clear. A big floppy hat is bang on trend for this season, and an added bow in a bold colour can make your outfit pop!

  • Don’t forget to bring sun cream and apply regularly; enjoying the beautiful weather is a must but be sure that your skin is protected from the strong rays!
  • Accessorise with a few simple items of jewellery such as a necklace, ring and bracelet to give your outfit finesse.
  • Embrace the beach style with your hair, opting for soft waves or loose plaits that will flow with the breeze.
  • Keep your make-up simple, with a bronze glow and light eye make-up. This will mean your face stays comfortable all day, and you look effortlessly beautiful.
