Dubrovnik, Croatia

Dubrovnick is the destination that has been on everyone’s lips this summer, and for good reason! The location is simply sublime and is well known as ‘Croatia’s most up-market destination’. With magnificent walls built in the 16th-century, the history of the town really captures the hearts of all who visit. Each piece of architecture offers its own unique style, with Baroque churches and medieval fortifications to be seen all around. This is the perfect destination for those looking to step away from bustling city transport, as this is a pedestrian-only town where you can stroll in awe, dressed in your luxury silk travel clothing. Pair the city life with the gleaming beaches, boutique hotels and exquisite foods on offer, and you might just have the holiday of your dreams!

September and October are said to be some of the best months to visit as the tourist season is largely over, yet the waters are still warm enough for swimming, so you’ll still need to generously apply your sun cream!

Corsica, France

The Mediterranean island of Corsica presents all who visit with the perfect balance of fashionable coastal towns, green forestry and mountainous terrain. Although Corsica is part of France, there is also a noticeable Italian influence, notably in the cuisine. The charming towns will have you feeling at home in no-time; as you wander through the winding streets you’ll not only be astounded by the views, but by the array of activities on offer too. Why not get to know the countryside on horseback and explore in true style?

Corsica is also well known for its breath-taking beaches; here you can relax next to the clear turquoise waters surrounded by smooth, pretty pink rocks. This offers ultimate relaxation, and when the tourist season has ended, serenity takes hold of the island and turns it into the perfect escape. The sun continues well into September and October, so you still have plenty of time to book a last minute getaway!

Marrakech, Morocco

Marrakech, a city that has long been a hidden gem, has been brought into the limelight in 2017. With stunning riads dotted all around the picturesque landscape, this is the ultimate destination for luxury. Marrakech is regarded as the most memorable experience available in all of Morocco, with an extensive history intertwined with a unique modern twist. There is so much to do in this exotic haven, with plenty of luxurious palaces to explore, museums to visit and culinary delights waiting to be tasted. The shopping here is incomparable, and you’ll be overwhelmed by the amount of individual accessories you discover that will help you to pull your outfits together in perfection.

The autumn period, September to November, is often the most enjoyable. With the blazing heat beginning to fade, but the days still long, you can enjoy the best of both worlds as you explore the depths of Marrakech. Don’t forget to bring along your silk kimono when visiting, as it will help to keep you in ultimate comfort without compromising on style!

Copenhagen, Denmark

Named the ‘City of Culture 2017’, Copenhagen is an incredible centre of all things relating to art, sustainability and community. Every street offers something a little different, be it a high-end luxury restaurant, a street food vendor or an outdoor exhibition that truly makes you think. The museums, exhibitions and markets offer plenty for all who visit to enjoy, and the friendly culture lends to the rising popularity of this eclectic and innovative city. Take a gentle bike ride through the streets and take in the sights on offer from a slightly different view. It is no wonder that this is the place voted ‘the happiest place in the world’, as the laid-back atmosphere and adoption of hygge means that everyone feels relaxed and at ease in an instant.

The warm weather often continues later into October in Copenhagen, although it is a wonder to visit at any time of year. There is always an array of events and festivals taking place for you to enjoy, and you are never too far from a beautiful beach or harbour bath if you enjoy a spot of open-air swimming!
